System for verification of resistance to demoulding
Thanks to this innovative system it will be possible to directly measure the temperature inside and outside the concrete. Data could be collected by the PLC integration or/and through our temperature sensor based on LoRa technology.
The other great advantage is a real-time measurement of temperatures. The data will be transmitted by the probes thanks to the latest generation LoRA technology with high transmission reliability.
These sensors do not need to be connected with cables, are IP68 level of protection (humidity and dust resistant) and has a long time battery resistant (3 years of life estimating the detection of temperature every 10 min).
The temperature data association starts with the casting phase and end with the demoulding. Every segment will have associated two different temperatures:
This module allows to control the curing cycle and keep it control according with the project cycle, avoiding that the concrete reaches too high temperatures, due to the combined effect of the steam and the heat produced by the exothermic reaction of the concrete.
The maturity method is a technique to account for the combined effects of time and temperature on the strength development of concrete.
